Cancellation & No-Show policy

 

At Bedaya Poly Clinic, we are committed to providing timely and quality care to all our patients. When appointments are scheduled, we reserve specific time slots to accommodate your needs. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling process, we have implemented the following Cancellation/No Show Policy:

 

1. Cancellation:

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care. Failure to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the appointment fee.

 

2. No Show:

 

A “No Show” occurs when a patient misses their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance. In the event of a No Show, the patient will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

 

Please note:

 

– Fees incurred due to cancellations or No Shows are the responsibility of the patient and must be settled prior to scheduling any future appointments.
– We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us of any changes to your appointment as soon as possible.
