Shenali Nadine Vaz

Shenali Nadine Vaz is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) at Little Bedaya. She obtained her RBT Certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the US in 2022 and obtained her International Behavior Therapist certification from the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) in January 2024.

With a Diploma in Special Needs Education, Shenali began her journey as a Learning Support Assistant and has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and various learning disabilities in various school settings under the Inclusion department.

Shenali is now a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist who delivers play based ABA therapy designed to improve key skills such as attention, focus, communication, and social interactions, while effectively reducing challenging behaviors under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Shenali assists the BCBA in conducting assessments (VB-MAPP) and behavior intervention plans for the school setting as well as individualized educational plans (IEPs).
